Social media giant Facebook has taken a crucial decision. It may be a direct influence or indirect influence, many people are saying that a Kerala girl is behind that decision. Don’t assume that she is an employee of Facebook. She just came up with a Facebook post.. and FB has also taken a crucial decision later.

The Malayali girl named Jyothi KG(28) belongs to Mallapuram. She posted a matrimonial ad through Facebook in Malayalam that “I am single. If any of your friends know anyone, let me know. I have no demands. Horoscope or caste aren’t important. My parents are not alive. I have done B.Sc in Fashion Designing. I am 28. My brother is working in Mumbai as a Senior Art Director and my sister is pursuing Civil Engineering”. She added #FacebookMatrimony to the post. Needless to say, the post has gone viral and received 11k likes and it has been shared 6000 times.

Jyothi didn’t stop with that post. She urged the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to start #FacebookMatrimony as part of Facebook’s main network. She said that “There are a lot of people out finding it difficult to get a right match. With #FBMatrimony, I hope that they will be able to save themselves from the exploitation marriage brokers and matrimony site and they will be able to find the perfect life partner.”

Meanwhile, Mark Zuckerberg announced that they are going to start a new dating app like Tinder. Some netizens are saying that the girl’s request might have inspired the FB CEO to come up with such a plan.

Forget about Bringing black money back to India- Money of Indians in Swiss banks rise 50% to over Rs 7000 crore. Narendra Modi promised to bring back all the unaccounted money in Swiss Banks during his 2014 Election Campaigning. Forget about bringing it back, Indians money in Swiss Banks increased by 50 percent to 1.01 billion Swiss francs (Rs 6,891 crore) in 2017. 

As per the latest data, the Indian money in Swiss banks included 464 million Swiss franc (Rs 3,200 crore) in the form of customer deposits, 152 million Swiss franc (Rs 1,050 crore) through other banks and 383 million Swiss franc (Rs 2,640 crore) as ‘other liabilities’ such as securities, at the end of 2017.

Biggest rise of Indians Money in Swiss Banks – 12 percent in 2011, 43 percent in 2013 and 50.2 percent in 2017. Shockingly, This upward trend began after PM Modi rolled out Demonetisation for unearthing the Black Money.

As per Swiss National Bank (SNB), Total Funds of all foreign clients of Swiss Banks increased by 3 percent to Rs 100 lakh crore in 2017.

Indian Money in Swiss banks fell by 45 percent in 2016. Withdrawal of Rs 4,500 crore in a single year never happened before. The trend got reversed completely in 2017.

Lights, Solar Panels and Battery Stolen from Eastern Peripheral Expressway in Uttar Pradesh

On 27 May Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 135 KM Eastern Peripheral Expressway acting as a bypass to Delhi. The Rs 11,000 crore expressway completed within 500 days, set itself apart from other highways, thanks to the renewable energy initiatives along the length of it.

As reported, the expressway became the first Indian highway having its lighting completely powered by solar energy. To achieve this, eight solar power plants with a combined capacity of 4 mega watt were established. Besides this, rainwater collecting centres were set up at every 500 metre of the road.

Sadly, just two weeks after the expressway’s inauguration, its renewable innovations have started to cut a sorry state after being marred by thievery.

While we all demand development, but whenever something is done as a part of development. People can’t take it and put their greed over the welfare of society. In an incident, Eastern Peripheral Expressway in Uttar Pradesh which was inaugurated by PM Modi a few days ago. Solar Panels and Batteries got stolen which is said to be worth 2.5 crores.

Incidentally this isn’t the only time a state of the art public property has been ruined in no time in India. We had reported how headphones were stolen, interactive screens vandalised and toilets were not flushed during Tejas express’s maiden trip.

India’s Position In List Of Dangerous Countries for women Is indeed Shameful

India ranked world’s most dangerous country for women in recent study; Afghanistan, Syria and Somalia complete top 4. In a study by the Thomson Reuters Foundation, India has been named the world’s most dangerous country for women.Security is the right of every individual. We all need security. It is so unfair if any individual is scared all the time. The safety of females is a huge issue across the world. Every day, we hear cases of women falling victim to different gruesome acts.

“Violence against women in India has caused national and international outrage and protests since the 2012 gangrape and murder of a student on a bus in New Delhi,” the report said.  

On why it ranked India the worst, Thomson Reuters said the world’s second-most populous country rated poorly on three main fronts — risks of sexual violence and harassment, dangers from cultural, tribal and traditional practices and human trafficking, including forced labour, sex slavery and domestic servitude.
